We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, Humana, Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CareSource, WellCare, Peach State Health Plan, and Oscar, among others. 

 The easiest way is to call our office with your insurance card in hand — we'll verify your benefits and let you know what's covered before your appointment, so there are no surprises. 

Most insurance plans require a physician's order specifying the type of ultrasound needed before we can bill your insurance. Your doctor's office typically sends this directly to us, or you can bring it with you. 

You still have options. Depending on your plan, we may be able to bill as out-of-network, or you can choose our self-pay rate, which is often more affordable than an out-of-network claim. 

Any applicable copay, coinsurance, or unmet deductible is due at check-in. We'll do our best to give you an estimate ahead of time once your benefits are verified.

Yes, HSA and FSA cards are accepted for both insured and self-pay visits.
